Mitchell has over 10 years of development management experience. Prior to co-founding Seed Property, Mitchell was a part-owner of a reputable, forward-thinking development company involved in investment property, social housing, affordable housing and high-end apartments. Recent affordable housing and apartment developments have included a large proportion of Kiwibuild homes that have helped first home buyers into the property market.
Ben Visser
Director
Ben has over 9 years’ experience in property fund management, residential construction and refurbishment. Prior to co-founding Seed Property, Ben worked in property fund management and was responsible for the strategic management of over $650 million worth of commercial property throughout the North Island, including the development of industrial and retail property on behalf of investors.
